At Barron’s Trading Post, we make it simple to turn your items into cash through our consignment and estate-sale programs.
Whether you’re cleaning out an estate, downsizing, or selling collectibles, jewelry, or home décor, we handle the hard work so you don’t have to.

We sell through trusted platforms — including HiBid Auctions, our online shop, and local channels — giving your items maximum visibility and the best chance to sell.


How Consignment Works

1. Contact Us
Reach out through our contact form or email us at info@barronstradingpost.com to discuss what you’d like to consign.
Include clear photos and short descriptions when possible.

2. Item Review
We’ll review your items to determine which selling method is best — auction, retail display, or online sale.

3. Agreement & Drop-Off / Pickup
Once approved, you’ll receive a Consignment Agreement detailing our terms, fees, and payment schedule.
Items can be dropped off locally or arranged for pickup (where available).

4. Cataloging & Marketing
Each item is professionally photographed, described, and listed across our sales channels — reaching a wide audience of collectors and buyers.

5. Sale & Payment
After your items sell, we process payment within 10–14 business days.
Payments are issued by check, PayPal, or store credit.


What We Accept

Here are some examples of what we consign:

  • Estate or resale items in good condition

Please note: we cannot accept clothing, large furniture, or damaged items.


Consignment Rates

  • 35% commission on standard consignments

  • 25% commission on high-value items ($300+)

  • $7.50 handling fee per auction lot (covers photography and marketing)

Special rates may be available for full estates or large collections.
