Return and Refund Policy

At Barron’s Trading Post & Collectibles, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
     
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
     

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at barronstradingpost@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
     
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and full instructions.
     
  3. Ship the item to:

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

In most cases:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
     
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse, wrong size, changed mind), the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
     

Return shipping responsibilities will be clearly communicated during the return process.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to complete a return for the original item, and place a new order once the return is accepted.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is:

  • Defective
     
  • Damaged
     
  • The wrong item
     

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
     
  • Custom or personalized products
     
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
     
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
     
  • Sale or clearance items
     
  • Gift cards
     

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before purchasing.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
All items must meet the return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
     

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
